Sam Heughan says early Outlander nude scenes felt forced
Actor Sam Heughan said Outlander performers were uncomfortable and perhaps pushed into nude scenes in the drama's early years, which had no intimacy coordinators. Speaking with Alan Cumming at Pitlochry Festival Theatre, the Scottish actor said talks over nudity were not pleasant and performers were left alone to handle them. Later seasons brought in intimacy coordinators, and producer Sony Pictures Television gave no comment.
