Marmite and Dove prices will keep rising as Unilever passes on higher costs
The consumer goods giant blamed higher oil prices, sparked by the US and Israel's war on Iran, for its growing costs. Shoppers still stuck with its famous brands despite the financial squeeze, helping underlying quarterly sales grow by 5.8% to roughly £11.1bn. Managers expect overall sales to jump between 4% and 5% during the second half of 2026, driven mostly by those price increases.
