AppleCare+ extended warranty costs rise for new Mac, iPad plans
Bloomberg reports that Apple has increased its monthly and yearly AppleCare+ prices for new Mac and iPad purchases. The extended warranty service now costs 50 cents more per month or an extra $5 per year. These new prices apply only to new sign-ups for Macs and iPads, with existing customers retaining their current rates.
