SpaceX shares entered Nasdaq 100 following rule changes.
Elon Musk's rocket and AI company, SpaceX, joined the Nasdaq 100 index after the exchange changed rules for fast-tracking new large-cap listings. At least six brokerages, including Morgan Stanley, have started coverage with 'buy' ratings following its $86 billion initial public offering. Analysts forecast that index-tracking funds will purchase approximately $5.4 billion in shares, owing to its addition to the Nasdaq 100 and Russell 1000.
