NHS admits Palantir engineers can access patient medical data
NHS England apologized after admitting a transparency document mistakenly claimed only health workers could view personal records. The health service said three Palantir engineers and 33 other supplier staff currently have controlled access to support the software. Dr Nicola Byrne, the National Data Guardian, warned that such mistakes quickly erode public trust in the system.
