Mitie agrees £3.1bn takeover by OCS after nearly 40 years listed

OCS is offering Mitie shareholders 221.6p a share, a 44.7% premium on Monday’s closing price, with the deal expected to finish in early 2027. The takeover ends Mitie’s nearly four decades on the London stock market.
