North Korean hackers use AI tools to automate cyberattacks
A North Korean hacking group called Kimsuky is building large language model tools and collecting software to automate cyberattacks. South Korean cybersecurity firm Genians reported on Monday that the group is using local AI models like Ollama, GPT4All, and Msty to process documents securely. Kimsuky is also developing AI-assisted coding tools and document search technology.
