Footage recorded on Monday shows people scuffling over supplies handed out from a vehicle at a makeshift camp in Spain. Between 3,000 and 5,000 people remain stranded in the Spanish enclave after a border surge last week. Juan Jesus Vivas, Ceuta's leader, said the area's reception centres have collapsed following the influx.
