Lincolnshire tips to get booking system to cut long queues
Lincolnshire County Council staff faced more confrontations and a business blocked a tip entrance due to frustration. Lincolnshire County Council agreed on Tuesday to introduce the new system at 11 household waste recycling centres. The booking system, expected to cost about £30,000 yearly, will allow controlled and staggered access for around 1.2 million annual visits.
