3 astronauts return to Earth after eight-month mission
NASA astronaut Chris Williams and two Russian cosmonauts landed safely in Kazakhstan on Sunday, completing a 241-day science mission. They travelled over 102 million miles aboard the International Space Station, orbiting Earth 3,856 times. Williams worked on cancer treatments, electronics manufacturing, and completed two spacewalks during his first mission.
