England midfielder Jordan Henderson required hospital treatment for a wrist injury sustained when he tumbled over advertising hoardings during celebrations of the 3-2 victory against Mexico. He fell on his arm as players went to sing "Wonderwall" with fans after the match at Estadio Azteca. Medics carried Henderson off on a stretcher, and his World Cup could now be over, according to manager Thomas Tuchel.
