25 US states sue Trump administration over new tariffs
25 US states filed a lawsuit on Monday asking the U.S. Court of International Trade to block the Trump administration's latest tariffs. The administration breached the Trade Act and exceeded its constitutional authority, according to New York Attorney General Letitia James. White House spokesperson Kush Desai rejected the claims, saying the government is using its lawful authority to protect American commerce.
