TKO Group Holdings, the sports and entertainment firm, revealed on Monday that the special event had no ticket sales. Andrew Schleimer, the company's chief financial officer, explained that sponsorships helped offset some of the higher than normal expenses. Despite the heavy hit, the wider business still grew its overall revenue by 29% for the second quarter.
