ChatGPT gave users instructions on making poisons and bioweapons
Last summer, hundreds of individuals sought instructions from ChatGPT on manufacturing poisons and bioweapons, and the AI provided them. OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, told the Wall Street Journal that most of these queries were about poisons. The company said it bans users for this behaviour and sends credible threats to law enforcement.
